My current story is learning to live by myself again and get a strong support system to help with those weak moments. When I don’t have my support available, then I reach for your books or listen to your webcasts to remind me I deserve better. Each day gets better and I know I will be able to walk without turning back soon. Thank you for your programs, videos, and advice.

When I first started listening to the Big Hitter calls, I didn’t have any RVPs yet. It was just me and a handful of guys—five or six of us in the beginning.
Every Monday morning, we would gather to listen to the call from 9 to 10. Then, right after, from 10 to 11, I would run our training session. The first thing we always did was ask: What did you take away from today’s call? That gave us momentum to carry into our business discussions. Those Monday mornings became a cornerstone for us—we looked forward to them because they plugged us into something bigger.
On those calls, people shared big numbers, big wins. My team caught that vision. When they started producing, they didn’t fight me to get promoted too early. They understood the message: big is big, and small is small. That gave me an edge as a leader.
I remember clearly—my first RVP promotion was in November 2011. That leader was doing a 50-by-50 base shop operation. By December, I promoted his replacement, and then another leg in May 2012. In just 6–7 months from that first RVP, I became an SVP.
Today, we have about 32 RVPs, with 10 direct to me—and almost all of them trace back to those first two legs. Why? Because we built depth through replacements, and we stayed plugged in every Monday morning. That rhythm of hearing big numbers, of reinforcing big is big and small is small, created a culture where strong leaders were developed.
Now we’re an SNSD, and Circle Champions, and I can tell you honestly: the Big Hitter calls played a major role in that. Without them, I don’t think it would have been possible. My team looked forward to hearing those voices, those big numbers, every week. It raised their belief and pushed them to aim higher.

What Larry is doing with these calls is fantastic. Especially for RVPs—because they need something bigger to plug into. And when they hear it, they start to think and act bigger.
