People never tolerate weakness in leaders
Everyone has doubts. Everyone questions themselves and their decisions because we can’t know the future. Individually, we all struggle with areas of weakness in our lives. That’s why we need leaders who inspire us and bring out our best qualities.
We look for our leaders who can unify and make usproud.
• Leaders must inspire confidence and challenge us to achieve great things.
• People want leaders they can trust.
• People want to identify with their leaders, and to draw strength from them. They must represent our best qualities.
We don’t expect perfection, but we do expect consistency.
- We want to know what they believe in.
- We want to know their core beliefs.
- It allows us to trust them.
- It allows us to fully support them.
People can smell a phony a mile away, the smell of cowardice.
We don’t trust someone who’s willing to lie to get elected. We don’t trust people who don’t know what they believe in. You don’t have to be a genius, but you have to be trustworthy.
Remember, people reject the weak and follow the strong, because they sense they can trust them.
